A few things to know upfront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these requirements, by &#8217;employer or client&#8217; we mean an organisation in the cultural and creative sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these requirements, by &#8217;employee&#8217; we mean someone who was previously hired by the employer as a self-employed professional and has now moved into employment with that employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these requirements, by &#8216;salary costs&#8217; we mean the employee&#8217;s gross salary, excluding holiday pay, allowances and other salary-related arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zekere Zaak is intended for employers and clients in the cultural and creative sector who hire a self-employed professional as an employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your application is approved, you&#8217;ll receive a one-off stimulansbonus (a bonus to encourage you to make the move) of \u20ac1,000 and a contribution towards employer costs, with a maximum of \u20ac8,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intermediaries and staffing agencies cannot apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This scheme is temporary and has a limited budget. Once the budget runs out, the scheme closes \u2014 and will not reopen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have a question about your application? Send us an email. There is no telephone helpdesk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1 \u2014 Who is Zekere Zaak for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1a \u2014 Zekere Zaak is for employers and clients in the cultural and creative sector who have hired a self-employed professional as an employee. Whether you&#8217;re part of the target group is determined by the SBI code you&#8217;re registered with at the Chamber of Commerce. Check the <a href=\"https:\/\/zekerezaak.oogvoorimpuls.nl\/sbi-codes\/\">SBI target group list<\/a> to see if your code is included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1b \u2014 In the 12 months before the start date of the employment contract, the employee worked for the organisation as a self-employed professional \u2014 for at least 2 months, or for at least 1 month at a minimum of 8 hours per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1c \u2014 There must be a signed employment contract that meets legal requirements, with a duration of at least 3 months. The employment contract must not have started more than 6 months before the application date, nor more than 2 months after it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1d \u2014 The employee works at least 0.4 FTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1e \u2014 Hiring multiple self-employed professionals? Fill in a separate application form for each one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1f \u2014 You cannot submit a single application for multiple employees. Nor can you submit multiple applications for a single employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 \u2014 How do you apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2a \u2014 You apply through this website. It is not possible to submit an application through an intermediary or authorised representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2b \u2014 Within two weeks you&#8217;ll receive an email letting you know whether your application has been approved or rejected. If your application is approved, that email will also include instructions on how to claim your contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3 \u2014 How does claiming work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3a \u2014 If approved, you&#8217;ll receive a one-off stimulansbonus of \u20ac1,000. This is transferred to your bank account at the start of the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3b \u2014 In addition, you&#8217;ll receive a contribution of 20% of the salary costs, for up to 12 months. The amount of the contribution is determined when your application is assessed and does not change after that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3c \u2014 You can claim up to 12 weeks after the end of the application period, by submitting payslips. After that, the option expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3d \u2014 If the actual salary costs turn out to be more than 10% lower than stated, the contribution will be adjusted downwards. If the salary is higher, no new calculation will follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4 \u2014 Other conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4a \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/platformacct.nl\/\">Platform ACCT<\/a> reserves the right to reject applications if the agreed salary substantially deviates from what is customary in the market. The <a href=\"https:\/\/platformacct.nl\/tools\/vind-een-cao\/\">cao-kaart<\/a> (collective labour agreement overview) provides insight into market-standard salaries in the cultural and creative sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4b \u2014 Employers and clients may be asked to participate in research on personnel policy in the sector or within their own organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4c \u2014 An application may be rejected if, in the opinion of Platform ACCT, it does not align with the spirit of the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4d \u2014 Platform ACCT reserves the right to modify or terminate the scheme at any time.
